In the event that the Allottee / Purchaser cancels the booking of the Unit / Apartment and/or in the event of cancellation or termination of the Agreement in respect of the Unit agreed to be purchased by the Allottee, Shree Balaji Associates (“the Promoter”) shall be entitled to forfeit the amount paid by the Allottee in accordance with the terms of the Allotment Letter and/or the Agreement (as applicable). Any balance amount, if paid by the Allottee, shall be refunded in accordance with the terms mentioned therein.
